Perfect health requires perfect blood circulation. And we all know the importance of exercise unless we live under a rock. However some people are not able to exercise because they are bound to wheelchairs as many are on the high doses of vitamin D3 protocol. In this blog post I will highlight exercise for all types of fancy and helpful equipment.

First of all, you are NOT too old to exercise!

Age doesnt matter because muscles dont know age. Geraldine Ernest who is a 80 plus year old fitness queen is a good example for this, but there is a ton of older people working out there.

How safe is vitamin D3?

How safe is vitamin D3?

“How safe is vitamin D3? If my toddler gets into my vitamin D3, will it hurt him?”

I am often asked, “How safe is vitamin D3? If my toddler gets into my vitamin D3, will it hurt him?”

Generally, no. The exception may be a bottle of 50,000 IU capsules of D3.If your toddler ingests 20 capsules before you find him, he will probably develop hypercalcemia and may die.

Of course, there are risks with a child getting into anything they are not supposed to. Ingesting 20 capsules from a bottle of 50,000 IU D3 will likely result in an emergency situation of hypercalcemia, in which it is important to get medical attention as soon as possible.

When occasions as tragic as this occur, vitamin D3 opponents (and there are opponents) will pounce, “I told you, it’s a dangerous drug.” However, many often ignore the potential dangers of Tylenol, which is marketed in a bright red and yellow bottle, easily mistaken as a harmless candy by young toddlers.

Of course, should any child die from an accidental overdose of prescription or over the counter drugs, the situation is tragic and precautionary measures should be taken to prevent further injury or death. However, when situations such as these occur, lawsuits occur and many ignore the fact that these products have been on the market for decades without any problems. The issue does not lie with the product, but with the dose, as my friend Paracelsus might agree.

“If I mistakenly take two capsules instead of one, will it hurt me?”

Another common question I have received over the years is, “If I mistakenly take two capsules instead of one, will it hurt me?” Theoretically, if you took two of the 50,000 IU capsules per day for at least two months, you may reach toxicity. It all depends on your genetics and your weight.

Will it hurt to take 50,000 IU/day for several weeks?

As I have written, in all ways that can be assessed, vitamin D3 is safe. For example, let’s compare vitamin D3 to water. Assume you need eight glasses of water/day for good health. Ten times that amount will rapidly kill you via fluid intoxication.Now, let’s assume adults need 10,000 IU/day. Ten times that amount (100,000 IU/day) may also be fatal. However, both are essential for life, and both can be detrimental if taken in excess.

How many people die every year from vitamin D overdose?

As I wrote, of the 15,000 Americans who overdosed on vitamin D from 2001 to 2014, none died. Only five of the 15,000 developed signs or symptoms of toxicity, and 2 were infants who had D drops put into their nose instead of their mouth. During that same 14 years, more than two-thousand people died from Tylenol overdose, including a number of toddlers.

Tylenol (in its bright red and yellow package) overdose is actually the leading cause for calls to Poison Control Centers across the US, about 100,000 instances per year, and is responsible for 56,000 yearly emergency room visits, 2,600 yearly hospitalizations and a staggering 458 deaths/year due to acute liver failure, many of them toddlers. That’s more than 5,000 Tylenol deaths over the same 14 years that vitamin D3 caused 0 deaths.

By any measurement vitamin D3, in physiological doses, is safe. But, that depends on dose. Don’t just say, “I’m on vitamin D3.” Instead, tell people how much you are taking. Remember, the dose makes the medicine.

Is your doctor telling you that you are taking too much vitamin D3?

The chart below, based on a review published by Hathcock et al.[1], shows the incidence of vitamin D toxicity in relation to daily vitamin D intake (up to ten million IU per day). The blue circles represent pharmacological studies using doses of up to 50,000 IU vitamin D per day. The red triangles represent cases in which vitamin D intoxication occurred, the intake was known, and the 25(OH)D level was measured.No toxicity was observed at levels below a 25(OH)D serum level of 200 ng/ml (500 nmol/L), and no toxicity was observed in studies reporting a daily vitamin D intake below 30,000 IU.

How to heal your Vitamin D3 deficiency?

First the bad stuff (wheter they do this deliberately or not)

How to heal your vitamin D3 deficiency is quite easy, especially if you leave your Big Pharma brainwashed doctor out of the picture. Because they aren’t trained to prescribe something that Big Pharma does NOT earn money on, and unfortunately for them they can’t patent something natural. Actually any big business brainwash their audience with data to support their message. Did you know that  Coca-Cola have their own doctors teaching people that the sugars have no link to hyper active kids! They also teach that GMO, Aspartame and high fructose corn syrup is not a problem! Really!

Just read this and have a big stomach laugh of all its ridicoulousness- from Wikipedia«The Beverage Institute for Health and Wellness, established in 2004 and based in Atlanta, GA is an organization set up by the Coca-Cola Company, whose purpose is, according to its website, “to use evidence-based science to advance knowledge and understanding of beverages, beverage ingredients, and the important role that active healthy lifestyles play in supporting health and wellbeing». You understand perhaps how twisted this world is when Coca-Cola teaches health…. Coca-Cola and Pepsi with their aspartame are now coming out as reasons for lesions in the brain (MS) and has known to clean toilets, police uses it to remove blood from the streets and also break down teeth (bone) overnight in humans ref the tooth fairy.

P.S if you think my intro was overly dramatic which I to some degree understand as I was blindly following doctors for 20 years or so until they killed my mum drugging her down with pharmaceuticals instead of treating her MS with vitamin D3 and cofactors – (I wrote a book about it you can get it here ), I would also suggest you watch the intro video -«The truth about cancer» which you can find on YouTube and the «C word» on NetFlixor read this articleabout how 77 natural doctors has been killed – that mainly have found natural cures for diseases.

I’m saying all this because if you are sceptic but you have spent a lot of time being sick because of of your vitamin D3 deficiency but you don’t know what or who to believe anymore, it will cost you a few hours to become more knowledgable about what is really going on in the world of health and why you will greatly benefit from knowing about it (instead of possibly developing an auto immune disease like many of us al ready have). I am a huge fan of time over money, because money comes and goes but time doesn’t come back. Many people spend their last days wish they could have used time better but themoney they have wont buy them anymore time. I have spent 25 years of my life becoming sicker thanks to being a blind victim of Big Pharma and their sales reps in doctor jackets (doctors), plus also watching my mum suffering a long suffering I wont get that time back at all. And since we did not have Internet back then, I only had the option to listen to my doctors, because they knew the best right? Wrong!

Also cod liver is a big joke and a big industry. In fact I live in the country Norway which is main producer of many cod liver brands and those who grew up here with me has been indoctrinated to belive that our «Tran» will help health or vitamin D3 levels. First of all, wait for it – we are the top Vitamin D3 Deficient country in the world- aaaaaand still after 40 years of cod liver!!! It has minimal with vitamin D3 and has hardened fat and is so so bad for us. OMG- all the lies we have been told!

Now to the good guys and the good message :)

Anyways, now I will get to the core of the message here – how will you fix your vitamin D3 levels?

Vitamin D3 supplementation for adults

The famous neurologist Dr Coimbra says that a normal healthy person can take 10 000 iu of vitamin D3 a day.

“The dose of 10,000 IU per dayis considered by all researchers, by all international vitamin D experts, NOAEL (No Adverse Effect Level). It  means there is no adverse effect with this dose of vitamin D in an adult person. – Cícero Galli Coimbra, neurologist, Ph.D.
Director of the Laboratory of Neuropathology and Neuroprotection of UNIFESP (Federal University of São Paulo); also Associate Professor at the same institution.

Vitamin D3 supplementation for kids

And also for kids this is what he says: «When we talk about children, we have to make a correction through weight: a child at birth, independently of the weight, can receive 1,000 IU per day. When he/she reaches 10 kg of weight, the dose goes to 2,000 IU. With 15 kg, 3,000 IU, that is to say, every 5 kg of weight the dose increases by 1,000 IU, until the child reaches 50 kg and starts to take 10,000 IU, which he/she can take indefinitely».

Vitamin D3 is not a Vitamin but a Pro Hormone

We produce 20 000 iu of vitamin D3 in the sun, that means if you have a sun that is “bringing it” – a sun that is closer to equator not like here in Scandinavia – except from when we get a good tropical summer. However 20 000 iu (as a supplement) is not recommended if you have high serum calcium, but that is rare, but in best case avoid dairy protects like milk, cheese, yoghurts etc to keep it low. Take a calcium serum test before you start if you are unsure (most people with high calcium serum levels have or should have been informed you about this at some stage as that in it self is a disorder). Read about Calcium Toxicity hereDairy is not healthy for you anyways, it is filled with hormones and anti biotics (anti biotics means «anti life»and will kill healthy gut bacteria off).

Anyways, getting back on track (again :P). Vitamin D3 is not a vitamin but a pro hormone transported around in the body with help of magnesium so you will need that too and you are most likely depleted in it as well. A good pharma grade vitamin K2 like this will help your calcium go into the blood instead of leaving it in the blood stream.

P.S 1 Vitamin D3 helps regulate insulin/blood sugar levels

P.S 2 Your Vitamin D3 receptors sites should also be saturated if you are taking Progesteron, or it wont work optimally. If you are a woman or a person with neurological disorders pay attention to this.

Where to start?

As mentioned, a normal healthy person can take 10 000 iu daily without any calcium restrictions in their foods such a dairy. But no healthy well informed practitioner recommends dairy at all, at least not to grown ups. For kids goat milk is the one that resembles human milk the most. This is the best product to start with – 10 000 iu of Vitamin D3 from Healthy Origins

If you are not feeling any difference with this product, you can look into any of these ones (click on the pink letters to get to the text). I already mentioned vitamin K2 in a link further up and then you basically just need magnesium and then you have started on what I call «Level 1 of Vitamin D3 therapy». Remember that you produce about 20 000 iu in the sun {if you have a sun that does anything for you – that is}.

Check also these 3 types of pure magnesiumsof optimal bio availability. Many magnesiums will never be good for anything else than the trash can, and that is a waste of money and time for sure as you need magnesium to transport the vitamin D3 around in your body and activate it from inactive to active.

Brownies with pine nuts

This recipe has no dairy or calcium rich ingredients so it can be suitable for people on the Coimbra Protocol but always ask your protocol doctor first.

Brownies with pine nuts

100 grams of pine nuts

100 grams of gras fed butter or coconut butter

100 grams of 86 % dark chocolate

50 grams of 70 % dark chocolate

1 teaspoon black coffee

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

85-100 grams of coconut flower sugar

4 eggs

100 grams of pine nuts=3 1/4 ounces of pine nuts

100 grams of gras fed butter or coconut butter=3 1/4 ounces of grass fed butter

100 grams of 86 % dark chocolate=3 1/4 ounces of 86% dark chocolate

50 grams of 70 % dark chocolate=1 3/4 ounces of 70% of dark chocolate

1 teaspoon black coffee

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

85-100 grams of coconut flower sugar=3 or 3.25 ounces of coconut flour

4 eggs


Grind the nuts.  Melt chocolate and butter together over a water bath.  Stir until the texture is all smooth. Take it off the water bath and pour in the coffee and the vanilla powder/extract. Wait until it has chilled off.

Add in the pine nuts and the coconut sugars. Whisk the egg yolks together and add them in. Whisk the egg whites together until they are firm.


First take a big spoon of the egg whites in to the chocolate texture. Then add the rest until its nicely mixed.

Have it all in a 20 cm by 20 cm cake form. Use baking paper.

Put the cake in the oven on 180 Celsius for 20-25 minutes util it is firm on the top but still soft in the middle.

Cut the cake into squares and cool it of in the baking form.

Copyright: How to be on the safe side when publishing images, text and video on the web?

Today we see a great number of businesses that make use of multiple social media channels to market their services and products, and we see more of them succeed with this as part of their marketing strategy.

Since the threshold for this type of marketing is low, many companies throw themselves on the bandwagon, hoping to achieve the same successful results.

A popular proverb says, “Plans fail with no counsel, but with many counselors they succeed.” It is not enough to have a good marketing strategy, one must also follow the rules of the game, which means follow copyright laws.

Unfortunately there are many who completely ignore the rules about copyright.

“The rule of thumb”

Before we look at the Copyright law, let’s start with one basic rule of thumb:

“Publish only what you have 100% created yourself – If you want to publish something that you have not 100% created yourself then you have to ask the creator who has created what you want to publish for permission.”

An example of this is to create a blog post with a picture that you do not own. Then you must obtain permission from the photographer to use the photo.

The Norwegian cake-blogger Anne-Brith experienced recently that over 15 businesses had taken a photo from her blog and used it to promote their own businesses during the celebration of the Norwegian national day. With Google translate you can read more about it here, here and here. Despite the stressful correspondence with all the businesses she had to enlighten that they actually unlawfully used her copyrighted photo, she sent them bills and charged them as the was entitled to and most paid (while some wrongfully fought back!)


The Copyright law states:

“The author is entitled to be credited as good rule of practice, as well as their intellectual work that it is made available to the public .”

Example: “Courage is fear that has said its prayers and decided to go forward anyway.”

Not only has the author right to be accredited but is also entitled to payment for use of the image(s) for commercial purposes. If a business has used a photographers image(s) for their own beneficial purposes like e.g. promoting their business for monetary gain/commercial context without consent then the photographer has the right to charge both fees for use and additional penalty fees.

The Danish fashion photographer and blogger Signe Dark Berg Sjøstrøm has this rule of thumb when someone steals her pictures :

The price of the picture (the original set price ) + 100 % surcharge for use without permission +  100% for lack of accreditation of the photographer.


Myths about the Copyright Law and Watermarking:

There is a myth that says that only if you have watermarked your image or “protected” it by typing name, logo or link on it then it is thereby protected by the Copyright Law. This is wrong. Some also believe that watermarking images equals the Copyright Law Act(!) – fortunately does it not do this. The Copyright law protects the originator and their works and the watermark has nothing to do with it. In that case, people could download all kinds of photos from the internet and put their own watermark on it.

The law has given the press its own rules follow, but for all of us others “commercial use” applies. If in doubt, “commercial use” applies as the press is trained in this as part of their education which should eliminate all doubt about “editorial use” and “commercial use”.

One of the key differences between “commercial use” and “editorial use” is that rights for “commercial use” involve much higher fees for the use of images than for “editorial use”. (So no a photographer having two different sets of prices is not trying to cheat you at all, he or she is following the law)

To be perfectly clear:

“Editorial use” means to use a picture of e.g. a National day cake in the story on the cake-creator in a newspaper / magazine / news site with an article / or similar that is directly in context to the image.

“Commercial use” is when someone other than the press for example a business owner, a shipping company, an organisation, etc. uses the image of a said National day cake that they grabbed of the net to promote their own business in an announcement in the form of a blogpost, printed material or any other type of online or offline marketing to wish their clients a happy National day celebration.

It can be anything from using the image in a Facebook ad to using the image on a website to wish all customers a “Merry Christmas”. This is all to be considered as “commercial use” and must be approved by and paid to the photographer in advance.

Has your company never heard of “editorial use” or “commercial use” – then it is likely that you and your business do not qualify for the “editorial use rates” and thus market rates / “commercial use” licenses apply for you.



Royalty free? Copyright? Licence? Fees?

Tobias and I will take a look at the most basic in every point below:


In most of the world (or more precisely: Countries where the “Berne Convention” is applied) anyone who creates artistic works / writes / shoots photos / video has automatically copyright of the work and the creator is then called “originator / creator / author / holder of copyright”.

The author owns all rights to their work and can choose to make contracts with whomever on how / in what media and under what conditions the right to display / sell / use the work is extended to somebody else (and for what fee / price).

Copyright ranges from simple things like when you write a blog post to composition of major works such as music publishing or theatre and movie production (where the situation gets a little more complicated).

Copyright is therefore concerned about who owns the work and thus who gets to decide over it. There are also some exceptions such as agreeing in advance that while working as a journalist-intern writing for a newspaper all written work is property of the newspaper and not of the intern/ author, often as part of “work-for-hire” agreement.


Usage rights:

Usage rights are rights which the author / copyright holder provides to other(s) who want to use the work – for payment or not – completely as the author decides. As written above: The author owns all rights to their work and can choose to make contracts with whomever on how / in what media and under what conditions the right to display / sell / use the work is extended to somebody else. The author sells thus not ownership but the “right to use the work.”

It is quite common to sell the same work to several independent parts at the same time. A photographer can for example sell a picture of a “national celebration day cake” to a shipping company to use the image only in a Facebook ad for one week prior to the celebration day – and also sell more extensive usage rights (a.k.a.  licenses) at a higher price to others (e.g. rights so the photo can be used freely as the buyer wants for 10 years online, paper, video, television, unlimited number of viewers, etc.). “Copyright” and “usage right” are often mixed together as the same, but they are not.

Facebook: A known issue is that Facebook forces ALL users (whether they are private or corporate) to GIVE THEM unlimited rights to “use” EVERYTHING that is uploaded. That means that Facebook and only Facebook can use all images for eternity to promote themselves even if you have deleted the image and even if you have deleted your account from Facebook. It does not mean that you are allowed to use images/ texts/ videos located on Facebook for free.

Note: The same goes for images you find on Google, Instagram, YouTube videos, etc. If you want to use something you must ask permission and possibly buy the rights to use it. It is also not allowed to download a picture / video and then upload it to your own pages/ profiles. (Crediting / link to the author is not enough – you must ask FIRST!).

Exceptions are sharing [“share”] / embedding [“embed”] something so that it is shared from the author’s account/ profile . E.g.: If Ylvis have uploaded their own video “Ylvis – The Fox” on YouTube you are allowed to embed the video in your blog / share the link on email. (But you are not allowed to download the video and then upload it to your YouTube channel!).


How to get permission to use / how to buy licenses

One way to get permission is to contact the author / creator / artist / photographer directly (when dealing with small companies/ single authors) yet to find, contact and arrange agreements with authors / copyright holders can be very time consuming – for both you and the author.

To make things easier there are organisations to handle licensing agreements on behalf of many authors at once, often called “collecting societies”. These agencies deal with licensing on behalf of the authors and pay out royalties to the authors / creators (Royalty = the individual fee they calculate for every time you use their work depending on use, length of use, number of listeners/ viewers/ audience – which over the years is the author’s income, so make sure to honour this “royalty system”)

To handle music related licences for example you can contact “The Harry Fox Agency (HFA)” and/or “Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI)” if you are located in the U.S.A., “GEMA” in Germany, “TONO” in Norway, … and so on.

There are organisations dealing with copyright and licensing of written content, movies, photos, theatre, …

Check this list from Wikipedia to find licensing organisations (“copyright collection societies”) in your country.
Royalty Free:

Some authors/ creators / copyright-holders (or what else you want to call them) choose to make this whole thing with licensing their work much easier for both them and you by offering their works / creations «royalty free». (Royalty = the individual fee authors receive from you using their work, see above)

Royalty free does not mean “free” – it just means that you don’t have to negotiate a licenses fee and have to count how many people saw your video / attended the concert in order to get a individual invoice from the author, BMI, GEMA or TONO.

The work is still copyright protected, but all you have to do is to pay a low one-time fee and then you can use the work for almost anything you want.

For example: If you’d need a photo of a typical Norwegian National Day celebration cake you could buy one at iStock for about $33. That picture can then be used on your blog or in an ad on Facebook/or for an ad in a paper. Simple & cheap.

Important: Make sure to read through the licenses that goes along with each work as not «royalty free» licenses are similar. If the author / or in this example iStock discovers that you use a image in a way that is not permitted by its license it won’t help that the work is «royalty free» – you still will have to pay a penalty fee.

The downside of «royalty free» is that ANYONE can buy the same work for a low fee and in the worst case both you and your competitor could end up using the SAME photo in your advertising. If you want to make sure you are using unique photos… hire a photographer. If you need unique music for a video… hire a composer / music producer. You get the idea, right? :)


Creative Commons:

Is a license that became popular together with the internet: Works, content and information are all free. Not just «royalty free» but free to use and do what you want with it.

The basic thought is that not just the creator / author was inspired to create the work but that the work itself will inspire others to create based on the work, to remix the work, sample parts of the work and so on. This type of use is usually something you would have to buy expensive rights to do so.

Yet, also under «creative commons» the author of a work can control or limit the rights, e.g.:

The «CC BY» license allows free use and «remixing»/ changing of the work but the author / creator HAS TO BE CREDITED (=named).

The «CC BY-NC-ND» licence allows use of the work only in it’s original form (no «remixing») and not by companies / no commercial use and the author / creator has to be credited (=named).

Right to quote / Fair use 

For most big / long works like books, films and articles there is a «own law» that allows for small parts to be quoted in another work. It is for example allowed to use some seconds of a movie or video game if you are creating a review of the work.

Or as Wikipedia puts it:

“Right to quote is a legal concept in continental Europe, which some people consider similar to fair use. It allows for quoting excerpts of copyrighted works, as long as the cited paragraphs are within a reasonable limit (varying from country to country), clearly marked as quotations and fully referenced, and if the resulting new work is not just a collection of quotations, but constitutes a fully original work in itself.”

This right can’t be stretched very far though and if you want to use large parts of e.g. an article in a magazine in a blog post you have to ask permission prior to using it. (and probably pay a fee)

And as outlined above: You can’t “quote” photos. (Using a photo is using the entire work, not a quote, so you need to buy a permission)


Even works like The Bible are copyrighted and come with strict rules about how to quote it and how to credit the translators! Did you know that?!

Here comes the lynch mob [the online edition]

To be honest, I got second thoughts about publishing this blogpost. I was afraid to come across as complainative and attention seeking for sharing my story about being “Intellectually” bullied on Facebook by not just one but a bunch of people. I then spent weeks researching about cyber bullying and (online-) lynch mobs. I found out about what The Kardashians, Lizzie Valesquez, the woman who found her self on YouTube to be the “ugliest woman in the world”(!) and hundreds of kids and teenagers experience every day is pure cruelty.
